500 Internal Server Error after file upload

Hey,

On my site after the upload is complete it goes to redirect to the homepage again and it's giving me a 500 internal server error, does anyone know what the cause may be?

Check apache error log for exact error text. That will help a lot.

i still havnt been able to fix this issue, along with my other one.
