"Max download file size" - what's not clear?  The maximal file size Anon/Registered/Premium user able to download. Some owners don't like anonymous downloading 4.5Gb files for free.
"Max file downloads" - doesn't allow Anon/Registered users download file reached X number of downloads. This will help to lower server load when lots of anonymous users wanna download popular file. |
