Bugs in Removing and Deactivating Users

Hi,

I removed one member from one of the lists and all members were flagged OFF?

I searched for the User, one result was returned, I then removed the tick from the 'Active' box and clicked on Update. The next thing I found was that all member were OFF?

I flagged all members to ON using a SQL statement on the database and decided to try and delete the user. I again searched for the user and with only one record returned I ticked the delete box. I then clicked on delete and was warned I was about to delete a lot of records? I cancelled this action as I did not want to delete all records.

I had to resort to deleting the user out of two tables in the database.

Why have these bugs not been discovered before?
