Changing the script

Is there a way to change the script to look and function like this one: http://przeklej.pl/

Another thing i get this error too:
Error happened when generating Download Link.
Please try again or Contact administrator.

On: http://wrzut.net Could enyone check if it's becouse of my internet provider or becouse the script.

I didn't change anything and all was working, but it self crashed and i don't know how can i fix it.
