Since 4th of april i am trying to reach the support on support@sibsoft.net but i dont get any answer.. i have the following problemss...
i restarted a server and now all the files dont work?!
and
I get very much messages from my users, that they get NaN error or a Wrong Ip error. (for the last one see picture) 
Can u fix this?!
but already one month no answers...?! |

| How many servers do you have? For me, this problem is on one file server. And like you I can not get help from support. |

i got 3 servers, only got this problem at one..
i even cant upload on it anymore since i rebooted it  |

@mpdrie I guessing that the problem relates to the first file server (not the second and third)? |
