When I am running install.cgi I receive the following error after pressing the OK button.
These perl modules are not installed in your system and required:
DBD::mysql
I am hosted with ixwebhosting.com
what can be wrong? |

Hello,
such error mean that there's no DBD::mysql module installed on this server and you've tried to install Communimail with mysql support. You should use Text Files (CSV) for Database or have your hosting install DBD::mysql module.
Usually, on servers with mysql database they have this module preinstalled. |
