| I currently have nginx installed on my file servers. Sometimes you need to wait 10+ seconds after clicking on a direct download link for the download to start. Anyone know why this is happening? |

| install htop. Then check which is at 100%. most probably hard disk. Go with some good hardware raid cards & use RAID 5 |

| like I said, it's your hard disks issues. Your hdd's are running with full capacity. Check them first. |
