Is it possible to make the earnings system only available to premium users?

if so, how?

you got 3 settings

guests , registered and premium

if you only put premium on 1 and registered and guests on 0 then only premium members will earn points by downloading

you sure that isnt how many points you get when a anonymous downloads your files, when a registered member downloads it and a premium does it?

Why would there even be a setting for anonymous in the first place? They dont have accounts...

edit: yup just tested it...it is not for that

What I want to do is to enable to MONEY system only for premiums..

I would like that registered users still get points for downloads so they can buy premium.

premiums would get the option to convert said points to money...

Normal user = Points --> Can buy premium or extend.
Premium user = Points --> Can buy premium, convert into cash($), extend premium

Just like what @Oswaldt explained.
