i encounter this problem recently
"Error happend when generating Download Link.
Please try again or contact administrator.
(ERROR:mkdir)"
whats the possible cause of it? do i need i a server upgrade or this is a temporary error? |

| Try to run cron.pl, probably your temp dirs are full of temp subfolders. Or it's really 100% HDD usage. |

can i ask whats the cause of this? i encounter it again after a week. ok one more thing do you have guide on server transferring? im going to transfer my site into XEON Server from i5 Server, after 2 months im going to add File Server. Hope you can help me Pil:)

your cront job didn't work, that why you get error.
open cront tab and put this in command
| Code: | | /home/youusername/public_html/cgi-bin;./cron.pl >/dev/null 2>&1 |
