've added a new server but unfortunately I can not upload text file zip rar auser he uploads a video has not really done as I install everything I can tell one what I'm doing wrong and I must say I never support the answers

It's really hard to understand what are you trying to say, but support will try to respond you on monday.
In meanwhile check that you've added server correctly, as described in install.txt |

Server is installed on install.txt
Problem is when I try to install a 2 server
I can not upload if only Example.txt not zip or rar or other
Although everything has been installed according to their instructions
that they can see in the video |

You have just uploaded the main server it should not now go
Load it down now file times up and back
I cannot only understand why I none zip scarce dateien uploaden and downloaden can function, however, text dateien |

| That does mean that your hosting do not allow directory to have 777 permissions. Try to chmod it 775 and see if it will work. |

Not 755, but 775.
You also can change owner of folder (to the apache user), so perl script can write there as owner. |
