How many downloads before you get premium subscriptions?

How often do you guys get premium subscriptions per 1k downloads?

Depends if you count full downloads or not,
If you are able to track completed downloads,
You can pay more per 1000 downloads to your affiliates,

You have to set limits for free users, such as waiting time between downloads.

Then it depends, you can set a small filesize limit such as 500mb,
Most movie sizes are 700 mb so there will be spit files, user will download one part and for the next part they will wait This will give you a higher chance of sales per 1000 downloads, you will also have to limit max parallel downloads so they download 1 file at a time.


So i can't give a clear answer but you could see your self, try different methods but i recommend getting the full downloads mod so you only pay for completed downloads.

You can get anywhere from 2-3 sales per 1000 downloads of large files with completed downloads mod,
You can get no sales per 1000 downloads with the current system.

Limiting free users speed is required too,


With this script, i see no potential for earning without the addons,
I guarantee your startup will fail without any mods.

it is like he says

you need to provide the users something to donate for

if you can not provide something that the users want then they wont donate
a free account is more someting as a previeuw of quality
when registered users does not need to have that big push as they will use it more and more then a free user

so to make it succesfull you need to push users
and depening on the price you put on it does it sells good or bad (same as quality)

in my case i got a few premiums per 1000 downloads ( like 1day premiums)
but i can not put a accurate number on it as it depends what you offer and what price you ask

then a sidenote , you do not need to have any mods to make it sucesfully , but those mods can help ( offering something .. )
