How to block Whole China?

Hello

I am tired of Chinese bots attack. My servers are always overloaded by chinese. each ip has 20,000-50000 connections with 30-90% cpu load.

I have decided to ban whole china. Please let me know how can I do this?

I never knew China would DDOS your site that much...

I already have major legit uploaders from china , so i cant block them.

I've not seen much problems but im gona bookmark that thread.

if you got a bit knowledge of linux , then you can install csf

then you can block complete country's (including china by typing in cn )

but the best of all , it prevent mass conections if you setup it right

i got differend persones banned from around the world

some from china because ssh logins , others from quatar for mass conections ( 500+ conections in less then 300 seconds)

others from usa because failt ftp login
others from germany because failt pop3 login and a lot more of those stuff
so they are from around the world

go on google and search for .. ConfigServer Security&Firewall (csf in short)

please note , be sure to check everything before you put test mode out , because you can get easy blocked if you setup it wrong (be sure you are in whitelist with your ip)
