i mean when we show to the uploader the file name and link

the name be short and the link doesn't affect

How do you enable it to show the name after the random line of characters? My URL's are usually http://www.domain.com/usdh93dh3u.html and further more.

in "Site Settings" search for "Download links format" and change it as you like
