Make sure you have all perl modules installed.
If you don't have any Perl modules, you can install them through SSH console manually:
perl -MCPAN -e shell
install LWP
install DBI
install DBD::mysql
install GD

You can install them from cPanel to.

I think is a file permission problem. Make sure all .cgi files are 755

didnt saw it before but now it looks like u dotn ahve setup a server or your set it to off..your mian server is also the fileserver? or do you have 2 or more servers?
