I need help getting this to work

I bought the pro version some time back, but lost it, so I was going to rebuy pro version, but I want to test the free version to see if it works on this new server host (networksolutions.com).

So Im trying to get the free version to work on a unix system.

When submitting a file it goes to a screen the says upload complete, but there is no upload progress, and there is no file when its says complete.

If I go to myURL.com/cgi-bin/upload.cgi I get this:

[PilgrimX182]

And file not getting uploaded? Probably error in upload.cgi happens? Checl error log.
