Install Failing

When running install.cgi, I am getting:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I am using latest version of CPANEL, Perl is enabled and running, permission on install.cgi is set to 755...

Can anybody provide a solution for this asap ?

contact support@sibsoft.net and they will provide you with Session.pm file

i dont know but i saw this in another topic here and the support told him to pm to get Session.pm file

also when in the instructions it says:

NOTE: try to open /files/index.html in your browser. If you get 500 error then comment one-by-one first 6 lines in .htaccess to figure out what line gives error.

when I went to that page, it wants to DOWNLOAD the page instead of showing it. so it is not showing a 500 error, but it is not showing the page either, it is asking me to download it...

Is this normal ?? I need help on this setup please...
