I've almost finished to setup my site, but I've a problem with some static pages: news, links and contact us
They load OFF the template. I mean, when I access them www.xxxxx.com/contact.html (for example) I load the contact page without any css, graphics or whatever... just the plain html black & white page.
Any idea...? The link is ok and also seems to be the .htaccess.

Reload those items in your browser and look in your web server error_log. What does it say?
