Issues with xfile_free using Plesk web-hosting

Hello,
Was wondering if someone out there could give me some help installing this on Plesk Parrels web_hosting platform, since it is not Apache based I am having some issues installing it.

I copy all of the files, although I am not able to set the permissions for install.cgi (since it is not apache) and I keep getting the following error...

Can't locate DBI.pm in @INC (@INC contains: . C:/Program Files (x86)/Parallels/Plesk/Additional/Perl/lib C:/Program Files (x86)/Parallels/Plesk/Additional/Perl/site/lib) at D:\inetpub\vhosts\xxxx-xxxx.com\subdomains\file\cgi-bin\install.cgi line 5.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at D:\inetpub\vhosts\xxxx-xxxx.com\subdomains\file\cgi-bin\install.cgi line 5.

The instructions also refer to a main.html and admin folder...although there are none of which in the download...

any help would be greatly appreciated....thanks
