After I delete a file, if I go back to the file's link I don't get a message saying the file was deleted. Instead I get to a download page where the file name and upload date are blank. How can I fix this?

Here's an example deleted file: http://glumbouploads.com/b6dae1q7wx28

Maybe its a database problem.
Run DB to File consistency check.

Try to find the deleted file in the database and see if there is a deletion reason there in the database. Also backup your db, then using phpmyadmin see if the table DelReasons is okay, or you can select DelReasons and click Repair Table. Use phpmyadmin.

My DelReasons is completely empty. Is that normal?

If you delete files logged in with Admin account and insert a deletion reason, your DelReasons should not by empty, DelReasons contains files IDs and del reasons.

I never input a reason when I delete a file. I just click ok when prompted for a reason. But this shouldn't be the problem because even deleting a file using the delete link causes the same problem.
