Hi,
Could you please explain how to get working limits for max bandwidth setting?
I set Max bandwidth last 3 days to 5000 for registered users and 1000 for anonymous, without direct links. However, I've got 32 anonymous downloads with 9592.6 Mb of bandwidth within 1 day.
How to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

max bw per X days (per 3 days at this moment) is per user
its not the file itself

so if you put max bw on 100
then every user can download maximum of 100mb before they need to wait again

same as the time wait
if you put 100 on it , then every 100 mb get delayed with 100 seconds

so if a user normal waits 10 seconds to start
he download a file of 2 mb , then the next file he download then he need to wait 12 seconds (+2 seconds on same day)

its kinda self explaining

I think you're wrong. As I understood this limit is per each user's IP address. It's a bit weird, because there is total bandwidth for each uploaded file.

he is right, but it wouldn't be hard to limit files also on their total bandwidth... it's just stupid to do.. rapidshare does it now so all the links become pointless if many people try to download
