I just bought Mod Points for smart points, but not sure what every option does ... Can someone please DETAIL what every is and does for this:
Points Sizes 0|10|100 Apply points rule below is filesize > X Mb
Tier1 Countries: US|CA Points: 0.50|0.70|1.00
Tier2 Countries: DE|FR|GB Points: 0.30|0.50|0.80
Tier3 Countries: OTHER Points: 0.05|0.15|0.25
What is the exact format and what does it mean and what does Point Sizes mean? .. I do not understand this "Apply points rule below is filesize > X Mb"
Please thoroughly explain

The Apply points rule is for only giving points to users IF the file is over a certain size e.g 100MB.
The three different point areas are for free|registered|premium. |

I think this is wrong
Points Sizes 0|10|100 Apply points rule below is filesize > X Mb
Tier1 Countries: US|CA Points: 0.50|0.70|1.00
Tier2 Countries: DE|FR|GB Points: 0.30|0.50|0.80
Tier3 Countries: OTHER Points: 0.05|0.15|0.25
this means uploader will get 0.50 point for the file size between 0~10MB,
get 0.70 point for the file size between 10~100MB,
and get 1.00 point for the file size over 100MB in Tier1 countries.
This is nothing about free, registered and premium users!
Am I correct? |

this is the size of the files 0 mb apply to first table , 10 mb to second and 100 to last table
a table is splitted by |

this means that us and ca get 0.50 points if file is bigger then 0 mb
0.70 points if bigger then 10 mb and 1 point if bigged then 100 mb
the tiers are just to point the difference betwean them
and for your targets you want
in this case is it usa and canada that get the most points
