I had email email support@sibsoft.net many time but I didn't get reply yet. I have problem in my server I need sibsoft help me out. Before I usually email to Alex but I think alex now in vacation.
My server get high load but there are only 100 to 200 user online (it not too much to get high load, right), also I had nginx mod , but I don't know why my server alway 60 to 99% (memory too) . I see the reason get high load is from file index_dl.cgi .
Please help! |

You need to make sure you got enough CPU power.
Also you need to make sure you got enough CPU/MEM for your MySQL
XFS uses alot of CPU, and nginx-mod doesnt help with the index_dl file.
Tips:
Tune the apache correctly for your frontend
Tune your mysql server
Add more hardware.
Firewall unwanted traffic.
And i dont think you need sibsoft, you need a server administrator. |

before I have 300 to 400 visit online at time there ok, but now only 100 to 180 online but my server get high load. |
