Newsletters Not Recieved nor Sent to Spam

For some reason Hotmail is the only one that will allow my newsletter mailings to go through so far. In a test, both Gmail and my private ISP account do not recieve anything, even though "Reports" say everything was delivered. I also created a bogus email address to see it it would bounce, but it doesn't...

Nothing is being divered to my Spam folder, so I wonder if the problem lies with server that is hosting my websites? But then again, my personal email address is not linked to this Server...???
