You also need nginx installed on the fileserver(s), not only enable it in the panel.

Single disk servers with nginx running above ~250Mbit will not be doing so well either.

Then you need a better frontend webserver, it has nothing to do with nginx itself.

You need more power for your main webpage and maybe also mysql
it might help to tune your apache for the frontend + the mysql

I had bough new dedicated server but I get error (bad hostname) when im install new file server.
File Server tests:
api.cgi: ERROR (Can't connect to mysubdomain.com:80 (Bad hostname) LWP::Protocol::http::Socket: Bad hostname ' mysubdomain.com' at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/LWP/Protocol/http.pm line 51. )
upload.cgi: ERROR (problems with link)
htdocs URL accessibility: ERROR (should see XFS on link)

I see many thread about the error above but I didn't see any resolve thread, Please help me resolve the error above.

You need to split up 2 things

You got the webserver for your website, the frontend.
and you got fileservers.

Your problems lays on the server for the website.
Adding new fileservers will not give you lower index_dl.cgi load.

that bad hostname is due dns issues since updating dns is not instant, as been said here a million times already..
wait a day or use the ip only for now and it will work.
secondly, don't use dl.cgi, nginx should use direct links.

If you had a server administrator this would be solved days ago.

If your site is growing, and you got the money, get a server administator part time, makes everything smooth.
