Not getting an upload link on Filemad

I have 2 issues,

1. When you upload a file, you don't get a link for it, it just goes to homepage.
2. When you type in a wrong password it goes to the homepage instead of saying incorrect login.

Please help me fix this asap.

This issue is still not fixed I need it fixed asap.

As I remember, everything was working fine on your server.
If you did some changes to xfilesharing or server configuration - revert these changes.

As I see now - filemad is not loading.
