I think that the support takes long time to respond this is due to the numbers of clients and the number of issues. I suggest that sibsoft create a new paid support system. which will be more fast.
what do you think? |

Agreed.
Everyone want its for free or cheapest as possible.
Script itself works very fine out of the box.
The trouble starts when peeps starts modify it without the right skills or crew.
I have outgrown paided support and got my programmers. That is also a solution, and it gives more freedom.
If your willing to pay 20-50$ hour there is plenty of perl guys on freelancer and other sites. |
