I think this one "Payment owed"
sometimes Transaction charges = 0
& sometimes just few cents.
Not sure, how hotfile is paying. I am sure, they are not paying tax from their pocket |

those options are all the same
you can choose betwean normal and personal
normal : 3.2% (3.2$ per 100$) but not sure , can be higher to
personal : 1.0% ( 1$ per 100$) but not sure , can be lower to
then it depends what kind of account you have
do you have business account ?? premium account ?? personal account ??
then it depends to what country you are sending it (in my case , sending to belguim doesnt cost me a single $ )
but as always , why would we pay the fee ?? we dont get the total amount eather if they send us 10$
so if they request 10$ then it is normal that they pay the fee to (i send it as service )
to make this story short
it does not mather what payment you choose , you always pay a fee
