Once again still no response from Jaques Moravec, we are awaiting payment from payweb.co for three weeks time now with no response from Jaques for the last week or so.

I will update here soon as anything changes.

Confirm they're scamer

#33 Postby pedbro » Feb 19, 2016 3:54 pm

I confirm they are a new scammer. There are my proofs.

1. They don't have a support team. Maybe their company have just some employers or just one.
2. Never payout on time.
3. Many our customers report, they charging more than product price.

This is transaction history but I never received payment on December 22, 2015.
And all other withdrawals was cancelled.

Hi Vien

As you can see you did receive your wire transfer:

/VCBFee:2(+VAT:0.2)USD//Ref:S0660041185C01{//}VAL:160104USD2457,5 /33B:USD2475, /Tlx:SW160 1042790 /Pmnt:/RFB/INV 17 STEEL SECURITY MAN /71A:SHA /B.O:/11002030798771/STEEL SECURITY MAN2/13A CLARKE STREET NORTH ALRODE3/ZA/ALBERTON /F.O:/001

Your last withdrawal was cancelled as you have chosen not to use Payweb on your site anymore, we need to keep the remaining funds available in your account to cover any chargebacks.

If we were to send your last payout, we would lose out if any chargebacks come through. Payweb is not a scam, we have now grown to 500+ sites and withdrawals are sometimes delayed due to the fact that many other users request payouts before others.

We try our best to send payouts every 7 days, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it. We now process 40 withdrawals each and every day, and we do them manually.

This is not an easy task, we have limits too. Its not just as simple as paying users out. We have to comply with Bitcoin, Paypal, Skrill and our own banks policies and sending/spending limits.

You have received all your withdrawals except your last withdrawal as you stopped using Payweb, so please do not call us a scam. We are happy to provide screenshots with your full name and email address and site URL to prove that we have paid you over and over again. This is common sense. We cannot pay out 100% of your balance and be left to cover chargebacks ourselves.

I'm not here to discuss with you.

This transaction I received is payment on 2016/01/05, I never receive any payment on 2015/12/22, I have let you know but you ignored it.

Once I lost money, it mean you did not send, so call you're scammer is not wrong.

Now, my mission is let everybody know about your activities.

Excuses, Excuses and even more Excuses from Jaques. And the Skype Conervsation from pedbro is what everybody who is in contact with payweb knows. You nearly never get a response. Of course payweb is scam!

Now it's getting realy interesting, just got an email from payweb. Realy funy and now it's for everybody clear to see, that payweb is a huge huge SCAM!
Hi ...

Due to your posts on Sibsoft and Webhostingtalk we have decided to not continue working with you.

All your funds will be paid out within 180 days after today if you receive no chargebacks.

We are sorry it had to come to this, but it is clear that you have no understanding for payment delays due to the fact that Payweb is growing rapidly everyday.

We process close to 20 withdrawals each day, but we too have limits to what we can send. We do not make up these limits to keep funds from customers, it is limits imposed by Paypal, Bitcoin, Skrill and our own banks.

All withdrawals are processed manually and not automatically, so these things take time.

Nonetheless, we wish you the best of luck with your business.

Best Regards

Payweb's Support Team

Oh Jaques my dear friend, everybody is understanding that withdrawals take time and your service got huge problems, but NOBODY understands when he is getting no support and skype answers for WEEKS and withdrawals magicaly get canceled or disappear. So it's for everybody clear to see that you're just a big scam and your whole service will be history very soon. Do yourself the favour and don't post any more excuses(lies).

we have using payweb for all most 6 months now all things have been fine till yet payments have been quiet delayed from jan 2016 as well support is very slow which need to improve if you want to work in a industry as its seems suspicious if the company does not reply to your query within the specified period of time 24 hours to 48 hours or no skype

Hi Guys, just interesting about what happened, why is silent here.
As I can see for now payweb.co is redirecting to qwikpay.org is it better to try with them or some information we can get here?
