Hi,
what about:
First: Check the current downloader IP, when someone else is trying to download from different IP = add to DB, and after e.g. 5 times different IPs Block premium.
Second check: Add downloader Location by IP into DB... Here in Germany (and i think in all countries of the world is the same) we have up to 5 IP Masks each ISP from one Location.. So i think, you can check the most used locations there are used by given Premium, and when the "checker" see an different location more than e.g. X times / Day so you can be sure the accound was shared... |

| now, is already implemented that if one premium account download at the same time, from different ip, is bloked and mailed? |
