Delete Link Problem

Dear Support,

I'm getting this type of error whenever i want to delete a file with the delete link

Software error:
Can't exec select:
SELECT * FROM Files WHERE file_code=?
Unknown column 'YBF0VOCTUQEH' in 'where clause' at TCM/DataBase.pm line 128

Same problem here. You set-up my site and since the past couple upgrades I can't delete links from the delete links link either? I just overwrote the files with the upgraded ones. Permissions are correct also for chmod. So I'm stumped.

Check .htaccess in public_html folder. Make sure you've updated it too. Maybe some problems with mod_rewrite.
