Support after purchasing the xvideosharing

Hello Support, i m waiting my ticket reply for more than 4 days, so i ll try to ask here:

How do i REMOVE these things from templates:
1. Remove on videos "uploaded by","related videos","about,add to,share,flag"
2. Remove languages Flag on on the top right.
3. What happens if i select "cloudflare proxy" box?
4. The script is leaking the server ip on image's snapshots, how can i prevent this?

1. You can edit download1.html template file

2. Need to edit main.html global template in Templates folder

3. It's just for IP detection logic, so CF ip header will be used.

4. You can use subdomain for fileserve URL instead of IP or can try our new Image Proxy mod that will cache/proxy images from all fileserver using distinct single domain/ip.

Hi, thanks for the reply... about reply at question 4:

-> how do i edit this settings? (CDN URL?)

-> i cannot find this mod listed, how much does it cost?

finally, do u offer extra paid support to setting up these stuffs?

hello, i've paid 80$ for support, and for 2 days i'm still waiting for my guides and license change in order to install my script and set everything up.
PLEASE CHECK THE TICKETS BECAUSE I CANNOT WASTE ANYMORE TIME.

Hello Support,
i m waiting for ticket (17074) reply from 3 days... can you please help me?
I cannot use my xvideosharing script,
i got error: Error loading media: File could not be played (at any video)
plus FTP is not working, i ve paid extra $52 for xvs re-install but still is not working, please fix it asap.

If you have an issue, you'd better create new ticket instead of writting in old one (the one which was already closed).
