members registered for premium and i got the money but the account does not change to premium and still registered member
ipn.cgi chmoded 755
ipn_logs.txt is empty
and about this 3) make sure u've set up url to your ipn.cgi in AlertPay.com site IPN settings
i don't know how to do it or maybe cause my account still not verified
so is the problem that the account still not verified ot what? |

Without "Step 3" alertpay don't know what URL to ping to nitify about payment.
From INSTALL.txt:
