prebuilt mail templates

i am considering of buying your software (communimail) and have flollowing quesiton:

is it possible to create prebuilt custom html template (e.g. user company logo and colors) for specific user so user doesn't have to copy it manually each thime he wants to send a mail but instead would have ready design mail template. the template html would be programmed by us.

if you don't have such feature, how much it would cost as custom work? thanks!
