Hi there,
I have added another admin to control her own newsletters and everytime she tries to import a csv file with our members we keep getting this eror:
Software error:
Contact with this email already exist!
There are not other contacts placed as its a new newsletter.

please email us (support at sibsoft dot net) FTP connection info and login/password to admin console - we will fix your problems.

This also happens when trying to edit a users profile also.
As to the ftp details, sorry but I can't allow access as this is not my server. |
