If it were based on space, then any new server (having the least amount of space used) would be under heavy load when initially attached.
From what I have experience with the software is that it goes in order from the last server attached to the oldest if available with the space required. |

thats basically what happens
thats why i requested sibsoft for a SAN/Storage server option, where we can add as many front end servers we want depending on kind of traffic we get |

| I guess I really didn't pay attention then... We don't use the method of adding additional "file servers". Due to a catastrophic event, we had to re-engineer our whole setup. It's been working for us so far, so it was worth the amount of time we put in to it. |
