Rename File and Sub Folder Target

I just bought and tried the product xupload pro.
The problem that I am going through right now:

I want to save the file name in accordance with the function of my own name ( ex. $ file_name = generateName (); ), and storing data in the database.
Where Do the right position for me in determining the script file name and save it in the database?

I want to create sub-folders on the target folder in accordance with the user ID.
( Ex. $ target = / home / mysite / www / cgi-bin / uploads / $ id_user_name / )

How to do it?
