problem with pointing to the site

hi there

i download and installed the script as it says in the readme file
but if i go to the site i get the index of directory with the cgi-bin and htdocs folders it wont point to the site

# Your site cgi-bin URL, witout trailing /
site_cgi => 'www.xxxxxxxx.org/cgi-bin',

# Path to your site htdocs folder
site_path => 'http://www.xxxxxxx.org/htdocs',

can you tel me what im doing wrong
