I don't know why this has started but we had complaints from our uploaders that they couldn't upload any files.
after further investigation, when we tried to set one of our servers to read only or even off we get the following errors:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@XXX.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

We have tried the obvious like changing permissions and ensuring server fs_key is correct
urgent help needed!

I tried investigating access logs but fond nothing
could any one help as I paid for that script and need quick help |

That should be in error log, not access log.
What is your domain name? |

I sent support email but no response!
there is some info could help:
my server is having updated the perl to 5.8.8
do you think, is this main problem?
Hope the support help me on this, because we paid for this script.

Hey Staff. We have trobel whit this admin need the supert becors i have all night
look in to this and i have no idear about this i can not find any solution need the suport icant upload destop or remote and all otter working just fin
the error
uploading bar and speed working ok and it look like it upload ok but by gernarate the download link is were the error wil kom |

| Hmm this site suck no ass reply or just try thing of a sulotion for the trobel my site have run very fin and one day my site just get the error i have don nothing on server and no opdate ect |
