Redirect after Upload & email Confirmation

I purchased two copies of Xupload Pro and have them installed on different domains running on the same server…

Both are working fine except that asoup.com has two problems…

1) The form is not redirecting after a successful upload

2) User email confirmation is not being sent. The website owner email confirmation ([email protected]) is working fine.

I have checked everything and reviewed solutions at http://www.sibsoft.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=84 but I'm not having any luck fixing this.

What could be causing this minor problem?
