Redirect after Upload & email Confirmation

I purchased two copies of Xupload Pro and have them installed on different domains running on the same server…

http://www.asoup.com/xupload/upload_form.html

Both are working fine except that asoup.com has two problems…

1) The form is not redirecting after a successful upload

2) User email confirmation is not being sent. The website owner email confirmation (output@asoup.com) is working fine.

I have checked everything and reviewed solutions at http://www.sibsoft.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=84 but I'm not having any luck fixing this.

What could be causing this minor problem?
