small question for billing arena (script download place)

i am not sure if this is the wrong place , but the second reason why i ask it here is because i know it from other users to

as some users know , they buy a extra mod and they get it sended to there email

now my question is , can the same be done like the script system ?

because at this moment i like to have the latest release of the torrent mod , but i am not able to find how i can get it (my own is a bit broken (seems to crash every 5 min) and i do not find my backup :'( )
