we can add charset at the beginning of the file and in the main.html
also direction
charset will be useful for languages like Chinese and Arabic
and direction also will be useful for Arabic and languages that read from right to left |

I guess UTF-8 covers all these languages. Even right-to-left.
We use UTF-8 now. |
