Timeline like feature for payouts

Hello,

One of the main problems I have run into with this script is that when a file is deleted because it has been reported and when the person has earned the money from it is very difficult to verify each user when it is time for payout.

Since the file has been deleted then it is almost impossible to verify how much a user makes. How do we know the user is not cheating ?
