torrent mod upload limit bug

hi all
i am not sure if this is a bug or a server mistake

as i got 1 client on my server that is premium and was able to downlaod a torrent of 25GB


his limit is limited to 20GB , how was he then possible to download a torrent of 25GB on the server ??

to explain it more easy

users are limited to 20GB
they use my torrent mod to download torernt files
torrent file is 25GB (single file , lot of files in it )
he is able to download it

so the final question , is it possible to intregrate a check to it that it limits the torent upload complete if the torrent file itself is bigger then XX amount allowed ??

as they can easy abuse it by uploading realy big torrent files , as my torrent downloader just keeps downloading them
