torrent mods don't appear in admin mods

I have buying the torrents engine mods, in the install files, he say activate torrents mods in admin setting (mods section) but i haven't torrents mods option on my mods page ???

i used the last version 1,9

is this normal, Option module torrent has it been removed on this version ?
