проверил всё окей
» Your server have mod_gzip or mod_security enabled which are caching upload.
Make sure you have our .htaccess file in the same folder upload.cgi is and .htaccess files enabled on your server
проверил всё окей, файл есть...
» There was an error inside upload.cgi
To view error details in upload_form.html replace "frameborder=0 style" with "xframeborder=0 xstyle" to make hidden iframe visible, then try to upload again. Error should appear in this iframe.
вот результат....

| Это Pro версия? Какой регистрационный ключик? Работает на Windows сервере или Linux? |

Ну судя по скриншоту и аплоад и прогресс бар работают нормально. Но на середине то ли связь лаганула, то ли процесс аплоада прибился. Оно как вообще - каждый раз так отсыхает? Всегда на одном и том же времени?
В файле upload_status.cgi попробуй в этой строке

10 заменить на 30, может помоч. |
