|

I have tried using the XUpload and it doesn't seem to be doing what it's supposed to be doing. I've had my server company look at the files and help with the setup but they don't know why it's not working either. Can somebody take a look? Hopefully it's something simple that I'm missing.

I get this error posted back from your site when uploading
| Quote: | | CGI open of tmpfile: No such file or directory |
I guess the path to your tmpfile is wrong, or not set to write (CHMOD 777) |

| Right Guest, this usually happens when you have wrong permissions on temp and upload folders. Also make sure paths are correct. |

I am working with my hosting company on this situation and I passed on to them what these two posts and this was their response.
If the are refering to the temp folder in your cgi the path is E:\web\magnumitir.com\cgi-bin\temp
I'm not really sure where to go with this. Find out exactly what they mean. Temp dir on the C:drive of the server?
Any direction on this would be great because I really want to use this product.
Thanks |

Ah, Free version on Windows server? They are not fully compatible.
My advice is to buy Pro version and we will install it for you with no extra fee. Cause Pro is much better for windows. (actually there are always new problems found with windows servers - thanks to MS) |
