I've been using XUpload Pro 2.5 for a while with no problems, but I cannot get 3.1 to work. I've checked all the usual stuff (paths, permissions, etc). When I submit the form I get "Initializing Upload..." for a few seconds, then "Transfer complete!", but nothing actually gets uploaded.
