New ticket system

Starting from this week, we completely moved all support from emails to our new ticket system (http://www.sibsoft.net/contact.html and http://support.sibsoft.net).

Please note that we will not reply on direct emails anymore.

Please also note that:

1) We usually reply your emails within 48 business hours (Mon - Fri).
2) Please make sure to select appropriate product and category, otherwise reply may took longer than usual.
3) Please do not create duplicate tickets.

This was a much needed feature.

At least this guarantees that we will now get a reply from the developer.
