I have some few questions.
What is the Max Money last 24 hours about?
It is counted only one download from the same ip in 24 hours?

I understand it, so in order to set it up correctly, I should calculate like the following one:
If my highest earnings for 1000 downloads, for biggest filesize and from tier A countries is 40$, it means I should have the value of Max Money last 24 hour set up to $40/1000=0.040$
Am I right? |

It's the most money a IP can generate on all downloads in 24 hours. So you may want to keep it fairly low....like $0.040 as you said.
Also, may want to rethink that $40/1000 downloads as well. That is way too much. |

When you set it to 0.04 the lowest tier IP can download repeatedly up to the 0.04 value. That is why you are seeing this? |

and 1 A tier users download the biggest file will it give 0.04$ or 0.02$ to the uploader ? |
