Where do I go to edit download link/link for forums/etc...

Hey guys I am trying to find the code in my files to edit the box where it shows the links to post your file, like embed code, html, to forums etc...

I would like to edit the box that has those tabs saying link to forums, and add more tabs. I looked in my download1 0 and others cant find it.
